    Never in my memory have I been more annoyed and flabbergasted then when I left Big G's Pizza this evening. 2 of us went into the restaurant at 630pm and sat down at a table that hadn't been cleared and cleaned after the last customer. At 645 we still hadn't seen a waitress, literally. Where were they?? My dining companion went to the counter at about 7pm to place an order thinking that might be the best way. At 710pm, I cleared our table myself. At this point the now full restaurant is filled with the sounds of customers wondering why there hasn't been any wait staff taking orders. (we were talking to the family sitting beside us who had been waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes for their pizza....when a waitress finally appeared she tried to take their order again and when she realized that they had ordered, asked them what they had requested. They got their pizza nearly 1hour and 30 minutes after they entered the restaurant they even offered to share with us...since we could see that we weren't going to get our food) At this point it is 730 (we had an event to attend at 8pm) and a waitress finally graced our table with her presence and a glowing personality. (For those of you not getting the gist of this email, that was sarcasm) She began to tell us a tale of woe taking place in the kitchen, something about having to cut cheese...seriously, it sounded odd to us too. When I asked her if there was any chance of us getting our order within 30 minutes (if you are keeping track, that would make it 1 hour and 30 minutes after we walked in the door, she informed me rather abruptly that she didn't know. I asked her to clarify (a yes or no would of been spectacular) and again she dazzled me with a shrug of her shoulder, a dirty look and a
